Participants will learn how to collect guano samples, conduct annual bat counts, and provide presentations on bats. This three-hour virtual workshop offered by the Kootenay Bat Project is designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to become a regional bat ambassador. Anyone interested in learning about bats, or keen to volunteer to help these animals, is encouraged to join an online workshop slated for July 7.
